Effective July 1, 2024, all adult volunteers who would like to volunteer at an NLPTO event where any children are present are required to submit the following clearances: Act 151 Child Abuse History Certification, Act 34 PA Criminal Record, and Act 114 FBI Criminal Record. A signed affidavit may be used if the volunteer has lived in the state of Pennsylvania for more than 10 years. Clearances must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to event day.
